Advanced Exteriors painted my home. i was so impressed with the quality of the work. The prep work was over the top, by that I mean was without a doubt the best i have ever seen. The workers, Mario and Alex were professional and hard working. Showed up everyday on time and did a fantastic job. The job was worth every penny. The paint job is guaranteed for 25 years and it looks wonderful. i absolutely would do it again and i would recommend this company to my family and friends.
I would like to thank Advanced Exteriors for doing such a professional job painting our house. After contacting this company the receptionist scheduled a meeting wth a company representative who came to our house and personally satisfied all of our questions. Within a few weeks two painters arrived at our house (Mario and Alejandro). They started by clearing the foundation and dug about 4 inches below the ground for proper exposure and then painted the foundation first with primer then the next day with paint The next two days they repaired any stucco defects. Then they covered the windows and doors. They painted the eves and then covered them so they could paint the whole house first with clear primer and then with paint the next day. They recaulked the window and eves prior to painting. These two painters worked at separate tasks without a break and were happy when the customer showed them defects which they immediately addressed. The painters arrived at about 830 AM and left about 530 PM. I had a very positive experience with this company and would recommend them highly.

You may have noticed that our Yelp rating doesn’t always reflect the full experience of our customers. That’s because Yelp has a filter that hides reviews from users who have written fewer than 5 reviews total. However, many of our wonderful customers are 50+ and aren’t frequent Yelp users. So, they may only leave a review when they’ve had a great experience with us. Unfortunately, these reviews (over ½ of our 5-star reviews) often get “filtered” by Yelp and don’t show up on our public page or count towards our star rating. However, they can be found in the unposted reviews. The only complaint we get, is that a few people are upset that we have a policy that both homeowners are required to be home for the free quote. The reason we do that, is that is how we get paid from the factory - whether they purchase or not. This entitles them to a free evaluation and consultation of the home.
